When INEOS and Eliud Kipchoge launched the INEOS 1:59 Challenge in 2019 in which Eliud Kipchoge became the first human in history to run a sub 2-hour marathon, our team were in charge to document the entire journey and manage the social media campaign on behalf of Eliud Kipchoge.
Our team captured all content for multi-channel usage ranging from social media, broadcast television, premier news outlet coverage, and print. The yearlong project followed every moment from the rigorous preparations in Kenya to the full event week and aftermath in Vienna, Austria. The event took the world by storm with over 500 million people world-wide tuning into the broadcast and a digital footprint of XXMM.
History was made that day and we are so proud to have been a part of it.
